Tariff charges are per villa/per night in AU$

Monday - Thursday $300

Friday - Sunday and Public Holidays $400 (minimum 2 night stay)

For peak periods (public holidays and major Hunter Valley events) please enquire.

The villas are designed for couples, however, there is a Queen size sofa bed in the living area. Please note the living area and bedroom area are all one. There is an extra charge per person of $50 per night for the additional bed.

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required.
